2022-2023 Yearbooks are IN!!
Barnwell Parents,
The 2023 Barnwell yearbooks (pre-ordered) are being sent home with students in grades PreK-4th grade on Friday, May 5th.
Please open the Distribution Listto see if you have bought a yearbook.
If you believe there has been an error, and you did not receive the book(s) that you paid for, we ask that you please do the following things prior to emailing the yearbook volunteers:
1. Log in to your Balfour.com account. Once there, you should be able to see all orders that you have placed. You may have also received an email receipt from Balfour. Please make a note of your order number to reference when emailing us so that we can look your order up quickly. If you do not have a Balfour account, you would not have been able to make a purchase.
2. Confirm with your child’s teacher that sent the books home. For example, they may have had a substitute teacher who did not distribute them.
3. PLEASE NOTE: 5th grade teachers will be receiving their student's yearbooks on Friday 5/5 and will hold them for the Signing Day event on 5/17 during the last week of school.
Didn't buy a yearbook yet? We do have a limited quantity of extra books! They will be available for sale for $42 on a first come, first served basis via the PTO Website only, beginning Thursday 5/11. We cannot reserve copies, start "waitlists" prior to this day, or take walk up sales!
**ALL INQUIRIES/ERRORS MUST BE RECEIVED BY Wednesday 5/10 AT 12:00 PM. After this time, we cannot guarantee that a pre-ordered book will still be available, as it may be added to the PTO sale on 5/11**

Online ticket sales end this Friday, May 5 at 5:00PM. Make sure to get your tickets by Friday to take advantage of early pricing and beat the lines at the event! Purchase tickets and wristbands HERE.
The Barnival Auction closes this Saturday, May 6 at 9:00PM! Click HERE to view the auction and place your bids!
The Kid Raffle will be back and better than ever at lunch next week! Every Barnwell student will receive 1 raffle ticket; additional raffle tickets cost $1 each. You can pre-purchase tickets HEREby Friday or your child can bring cash to school any day next week!
We still need lots more Volunteers at Barnival next Friday! Sign up to volunteer at the main event HERE.
Volunteers are now allowed back in the building to volunteer in the classrooms as Mystery Readers and Copy Parents. As a reminder ALL volunteers must complete the Volunteer Protocol 48 hours prior to coming to school to volunteer. If you completed one previously, you MUST complete a NEW one this school year. Please click here to access the Volunteer Protocol. The last step after completing the protocol is bringing your driver’s license to school to be scanned. Please reach out to Susan Agerton at AgertonS@fultonschools.org to confirm that your protocol has been submitted and approved through the Fulton County School Safety and Security Department prior to volunteering.
