NEXT ALL PRO DADS BREAKFAST - JANUARY 17
On Friday, January 17 at 6:45am, Barnwell dads and students are invited for breakfast in the cafeteria. Take a chance to connect with your student, their school, and discuss topics that help students to build character. (No child should feel left out - Moms or Guardians are welcome too)

MLK Day commemorates the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. It's not just a day off but a day on which communities across the country come together for volunteerism and acts of service inspired by Dr. King's dedication to civil rights and social justice.
Join us in partnership with The Sandwich Project to make hearty sandwiches for those in our community facing food insecurity.

TUMBLES SPIRIT NIGHT - JANUARY 24
Join us at our upcoming Spirit Night at Tumbles on Friday, January 24 from 5-8pm. It's a child drop-off event, costing $35, $5 of which will be donated back to Barnwell PTO. The event is for children 4 years old and above. The price includes a pizza dinner and drinks. DEADLINE TO PRE-ORDER YEARBOOKS - JANUARY 31
January 31 is the last day to GUARANTEE a yearbook for your child! After that date we cannot change our order amount number with the publisher, so books will only be available in a limited quantity until we sell out. What is Barnival?
Our spring carnival, Barnival, is a beloved school event that invites current and former students and their families to our school for an evening of carnival fun. There are rides, games, food and treats, a chance to dunk your favorite teacher and the announcement of the kid raffle winners! The event always has a great turn out and is something families look forward to year after year!
What does it mean to be on the Barnival committee?
It takes A LOT of hands to put on an event like Barnival and the more hands the lighter the load! There is something for every interest, ability and time commitment. Committee chairs meet on a regular basis leading up to the event (in person and virtually) to coordinate efforts and work together to solve any planning issues.

FOOD DRIVE UPDATE
Thanks to you, we collected 1,700 items as part of our Food Drive for North Fulton Community Charities! NFCC's Food Pantry serves more than 125 households each day. By using the food pantry, families struggling to make ends meet can significantly reduce their food expenses, freeing up money to use toward housing, utilities, gas and other bills.
